My Visit to Los Angeles, 2023


Shortly after visiting San Diego, we toured around the San Clemente Islands and then came alongside Long Beach, California, near where all the container terminals are. Naturally, once we came alongside, I wanted to go visit Hollywood, so that is what I did:

Hollywood is a really interesting city, but also, very expensive, and every experience there comes with a price tag. Still, I was able to get a decent tour of the city and many places of interest on a tour bus, which I attended:

After the bus tour, I got hungry so I stopped at a shake shack to eat there for the first time. I'm actually curious what they put in those sandwiches because they tasted so good. Afterwards, I toured around even more using the Los Angeles metro lines, which were surprisingly very well organized and efficient, not something you usually see when you talk about American cities and public transportation:

Unfortunately my stay at Los Angeles was very brief. I would love to revisit it one day and experience more, I know I only got to see a glimpse of what I can enjoy there
